What is Hands & Heart Senior Care?

We are a home care business that provides non-medical care and services to individuals in their home so that they can stay as independent as possible. Our office is small and independently owned, allowing us to have a personal relationahip with all clients, families and caregivers.

What kind of people do you help?

We help anyone that is need of our services. We do not discriminate against anyone. Our services range from companionship to housekeeping to bathing for example. Each client has a specific need and we tailor our services to meet their needs.

What type of payment sources do you accept?

Unfortunately, we are currently only accepting private pay clients. But please keep in touch, we are in the process of being able to accept Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance policies.

Do you provide 24 hour care?

Yes, we are able to provide 24 hour care!

Can we have services on the weekend or in the evening?

Yes!

Do you have a minimum amount of time for services?

Yes, 2 hours.

What if we need to change the amount of services?

You tell us what coverage you need, and we provide that. We can add or subtract hours at anytime.

Are your caregivers insured and licensed?

Yes!

Do you only accept clients in Dallas?

No. We are happy to provide services throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplexes!
